Executive biography
Eva Jenkins
Founder & President
Eva Jenkins is a visionary entrepreneur whose rich history of accomplishments
in business and finance serve as both the foundation of and
the fuel for her current success with VIP Innovations. Armed
with a keen understanding of the dynamics of human capital acquisitions
and an astute sense of the best way to leverage that capital, she
uses her unique high-performance principles to help companies re-shape
their fundamental business beliefs and practices. Her goal
is to prepare her clients so that they may respond to, and more
importantly anticipate, the precedent-setting HR challenges
in today's evolving international global economy.
In 2005, Jenkins co-authored her first book with Stephen M.R. Covey,
Dr. Dennis Waitley and Marjorie Blanchard Titled “Conversations
on Success”. Jenkins also continues to write and publish articles
and is a presenter at conferences where she can share her knowledge
and experiences.
Jenkins started VIP Innovations in 2002 which is a Human Capital
Management firm, focusing of delivering the Principles of High Performance
and Organizational Assessments. Her business background, which includes
nearly 10 years working in finance & administration for NBC-TV
in New York City, and an additional 15 years of experience within
finance, operations and human resource management, instilled in
her a unique drive to focus on the most important asset to any business;
The People.
Jenkins is driven to assist companies increase productivity by helping
to create the right work flows, design staffing processes to hire
the right people in the right positions and provide management with
the necessary information and tools to become more effective coaches
and leaders.
One of the ways Jenkins accomplishes her goals is through her strong
commitment that “what you can’t measure, you can’t
manage” – every number tells a story. Measuring the
soft human value-add is absolutely critical for organizational success.
Jenkins is a graduate of New York University with a degree in Business
Administration. She earned her certification in Professional Human
Resource Management from KoGod College of Business Administration
(American University) and is a member of the Society of Human Resource
Management, a member of the American Society for Training &
Development. She previously served on the Board of Directors of
Virginia Female Executives and was a volunteer and adult mentor
to FACETS in Fairfax. She resides in Haymarket, Va.
